What are reps? Reps = repetitions, the number of times you repeat an exercise movement in a set. Example: 10 movements = 10 reps.
An exercise movement is essentially a single 'rep'.
Example: a squat.
What are sets?
A set is a group of repetitions (reps) of an exercise movement, done without stopping.
Example: 10 squats with no rest between each, is 1 set of 10 reps.
