I DO like the phrase "my truth". I don't think it's inherently a wrong phrase. It's just misused sometimes.
At it's best, "my truth" means "the truth of my life and my experience". It's truth, but intimately yours. That's a very good thing and too many try to strip or gaslight it away when it threatens their value system.
But some use it to mean "my 'truth'is that the Earth is flat / vaccines are Bill Gates' poison / etc." and yes, that is silly. But that's not a contradiction. (...)
