POV: an irrisponsible dog owner tied their dog to a tree with a leash and PRONG COLLAR before the fire works last night in orlandoflorida and i found this sweet baby dog in my front yard & animal services are closed on the holiday DONT LEAVE DOGS OUTSIDE DURING FIREWORKS OR EVER!!! AND DONT USE HARMFUL COLLARS.
