ICELANDIC HUSBAND ENCHILADA UPDATE No enchilada sauce which was an interesting choice so I wouldnt call them enchiladas. More like burritos with melty cheese on them? Husband has suggested we call this attempt gringoladas and I promised to show him how to make enchilada salsa. The spice level was apropriate and he made a nice guac and an interesting pinapple salsa.

一小時內	Memegh housealchemist	What’s very funny about this to me is that I was in a little grocery store outside of Reykjavík some years ago and I found the best freaking taco seasoning I have ever had in my life and I’ve been eating homemade tacos since I could chew (I’m now 62). It’s called Tick Tock Taco Seasoning. I bought two bags and when I ran out, I translated the ingredients on the back from Swedish so I could at least know what went into it even if I didn’t know the proportions.
