My trainer at the gym is from Kenya. He has a heart of gold and is a great human being besides being a wonderful trainer. Before our session yesterday, we had a brief chat. My heart went out to him when he said "Since the election, I live in fear. Even though I'm legally here, people come up to me and ask me if I am an 'illegal'. One man told him to "go back from where you come from". These are the times we live in and I feel so sad.
