Yeah. If I’m being honest, I had a crisis of confidence in the past where I thought I had to be “manly”, “masculine” all that stuff. Even subscribed to the red pill shit. I pulled away from it because I felt so alone, so stressed, and it definitely wasn’t me. Therapy definitely helped when I started learning to connect just to connect as opposed to trying to get something out of something or someone.
