The rain is very limited (1-2 hours) at a predictable, recurring time each late afternoon/evening. It doesn't rain out your daily activities, and it makes air cleaner/temperature more pleasant. I live here and I actually recommend ppl from hot parts of U.S. come during rainy season. I discourage Spring; too hot.
