As of today I am no longer a real estate agent. It feels good actually. I took all my certificates and awards that were hanging on the wall behind my desk down. Think I am going to replace them with some of the guitars I have built instead. You know the thing I hated most about being a real estate agent was the hustle. There is always someone somewhere trying to sell you something. Mostly other real estate agents that have figured out there is more money to be made scamming other agents.
