But now, at 26, travel feels less inspiring than it once did. Maybe it’s because I’ve seen so much of the world that I can’t help but compare places to each other. When you’ve experienced Icelandic waterfalls, Iguassu Falls, and Victoria Falls, it’s hard to find that same sense of wonder.
