My neighbor was in a horrific car accident. She has had numerous surgery as her left side was crushed by a teen driver on his cell phone. She was scheduled 12-17-24 for a knee replacement. When she got there, she was informed her surgery was denied because they did not have a recent xray of her knee. Did I mention she had met her deductible for the year.
