I just moved to Dallas a month ago. Even though my rent $1661 for a 1br in Las Colinas (it’s on a lake couldn’t pass up the view!). I can send you the ones under that, that were on my list. From what I saw anything under $12-1300 got roach & rodent allegations & people smoking weed outside. 🥴
