There is an entire page in Baldoni's lawsuit against the NYT that is dedicated to explaining how the "🙃" emoji is universally accepted as "sarcasm", which proves that his team did not plant the stories. They also write that because Lively used "X" as a sign-off on a text once, it universally means "kisses", so the physical kisses thereafter were consensual. Not a lawyer and all is alleged. I encourage everyone to read it themselves. It only makes him look worse. Yikes.
