I've seen your pictures, and I can say without a doubt that you look great. You are not big. I pray that you someday see yourself the way I do. Beautiful

I find it’s my face that throws me, it’s not the same person looking in the mirror!

It’s this weirdest thing. We have to rework how we think and look at ourselves. B/c I’m down 40+ pounds and I still see the 200 pound me. That’s why I take lots of pics and videos to compare.

I lost 185 pounds 7 years ago, and it is so weird for the brain to adjust. I still do not immediately recognize myself in pictures and I still walk around things I can fit through. It is a very odd thing. I used to startle at my reflection in a mirror or my own shadow. That hasn’t happened in a while.

Mine is the opposite….I AM fat buy always think of myself as being skinny…and get “shocked” when I see a picture of me or when I buy new clothes and the size is big. :(

It’s hard. I thought I was so fat when I weighed 125 pounds. Wish I could get back to that now

Agreed! I’ve lost 82lbs and I still cannot bring myself to shop or try on anything smaller than a 3x. I brace myself for it to squeeze the life out of me.

Wow! I have this too! I’ve lost 45lbs and still feel like I’m in my “old” body. Also, I’m embarrassed when people comment. In fact, I don’t like it when people say “you look so skinny.” Really? Anyone else have this issue as well?
