Covert Narcissists love to leave little passive aggressive notes around the house in strategical places. My tip is just ignore them completely. It’s a test as they are doing this on purpose to see if you care enough to respond. Once you respond they know you are still emotionally invested. Don’t respond and you will keep them wondering and they will usually try another tactic to get a response. It’s all just a game to them.
