The wildest part of @british_airways’ loyalty scheme change is that many customers stuck with BA despite better alternative options; solely for the Executive Club scheme. With the new change, why not fly Qatar, Singapore, Virgin, Air France, or Emirates as a leisure flyer? For me, it no longer makes sense for BA to be my first choice (unless their tickets suddenly become much cheaper than their competitors).
