Wicked was not unsaturated at the cinema as the internet lead me to believe. I think many theaters are just in piss poor shape without the care to make them better.

一小時內	Alison H i_miss_live_music	I saw it twice in 2 different theaters, and also saw Gladiator II in between. It's the movie, not the theater.
一小時內	aaron._vision	Yep! It was a huge difference between the fancy AMC theater I went to the first time, versus the rundown Regal that I saw it a second time. And now on my TV it’s so vibrant.
2 小時內	Wade Johnston wade_johnston_visual_arts	Problem with many theaters: Age of projection equipment Lack of accurate color calibration Staff doesn’t know or care Poor screen quality No actual surround sound calibration or current sound calibration for the space Ambient light correction You’re paying how much for what???? I’d rather wait 6 months to see it. Spend 9 bucks to rent it, and know the color and audio are correct because I took the time to set my TV up right for my space.
6 小時內	Oleda ladynkc	I saw it in a state of the art theater and the colors were dull compared to other films shown on the same screen. The Wizard of Oz was more vivid than this movie was in the theater.
