Block that person they’re awful and also incredibly uneducated in what it means to be disabled. Asking about how you’re breathing when walking??? As if that’s the cause for exhaustion just from walking 50 feet 😂 and not active heart failure. You don’t owe anyone anything. Block them and remind yourself they’re an ignorant fool who obviously has such a narrow perspective, they obviously do not have any joy in their life.

🤗 people are cruel sometimes. Focus on the ones that are not. You don't deserve it. Put them out of your mind. Focus on the ones that are not cruel. I know it hurts. I'm teaching myself how to do that right now. Otherwise I'll never be able to risk reaching out again.
