I might catch heat for this... As much as I generally like Joey, and I dig this song and it's spirit, I really hope NYC comes up with a new sound the whole city can get behind. I hope some experimental NYC kids who love music and dgaf build off of drill or some other aspect of New NYC and really surprise us in 2025. don't get me wrong, this sound will always have a place in my heart and doesn't ever have to go away but I'm ready for some evoultion from NYC not just nostalgia.
