It could be because you don't have to "deal" with them after. Like we don't know each other, but as human beings who aim to be GOOD, its easier to also give honest advice or share experiences with people you don't have all sorts of emotional baggage attached to for better or worse. Kind of why I like Threads since I have like 1 friend in real life and he lives in a messed up relationship that doesn't allow me to have access to him as much as I used to.
