Ask your doctor if a trial of Trazodone would help. It is a fairly benign medication but puts me out within 10 minutes.

9 小時內	Jerry Salomone jerrysalomone	Trazadone works but leaves you drowsy the next morning. Triazolam is out of your system in 4 hours. If your trouble is falling asleep Triazolam is great. Not so much if your problem is waking up early.
