I am looking over a gallery contract I received, and there is something that's sticking with me... Everything is all digital. They'll promote digital images of my work. Upon sale, I ship (at their cost) to the buyer. The sticking point... I pay them a fee to promote my work AND they will take a commission on the sale. Is this common practice now? I've reached out to a lawyer, no response...
