In 2024, I achieved some big goals! Here’s what I accomplished:
1️⃣ A 402lb/182.5kg Bench Press (double my body weight) ✅
2️⃣ A sub-20-minute 5K run on the same day ✅
3️⃣ Competed in 2 Hyrox Pro events (best time: 1:14) ✅
