Designers don’t build. They wait until developers start building based on their basic designs and only then “uncover” new realities they never thought about and then provide “updates and guidance.” The correct answer is in the form of a question like “how much time can someone spend lurking Dribbble and come up with an original thought?”

You can put sth online in a day or two when the content is prepared and there are no design guidelines. Big projects can take months. Depends on what the expectations are and what’s included.

My projects have been averaging 8-10 weeks from start to finish with feedback rounds, based on the last 10 projects.

Define 'site'. Is it 1 page or 25 or even a webshop? Does it include creating a brand style, logo and copywriting or not? Should not be created with Wordpress or Wix or hand coded? I have many more questions like that, but you probably get it, that there is no one usefull answer to your question.
