Officer Schultz with the ocsomichigan is abusing his authority by purposely criminally charging someone with a misdemeanor for blowing a horn. Because Officer Schultz feelings were hurt he is allowed to waste the criminal courts time. This person filed a report with the Attorney General because the ocsomichigan wouldn't take the report. This may seem insignificant, but if Officer Schultz abuses his power on a small scale, what else is he doing on the taxpayers dime?
