I’ve covered this in my GPSR updates on my grid (used to work in product compliance), please do check them out, I think you’d be reassured 😁 we should have risk assessments in place anyway pre GPSR 2024 from which you can create a Technical Product Information Sheet to include in parcels to EU & NI of existing stock with a screenshot of when it was listed.
