Tbh Hydration vests are not needed on your regular run. They should really be left for longer distances.
Matter of fact, for shorter runs less than 45 min or so, you should do fine without drinking any water. (Depending on your sweat rate and the environment you run in ofc)
What you should really focus on is to make sure you are properly hydrated before your run and on a daily basis. Which you should do anyways.
That way you can go on your run feeling good with one less thing to carry.
