To those who received a COVID-19 vaccine: Have you noticed any changes in your health since getting vaccinated? I’m not talking about conspiracy theories here, but I feel like my health has been getting worse each year, even though I was in good health before. It could be a coincidence, but I’m curious if anyone else feels the same way — that something feels off. P.S. I was against vaccination, and ended up getting it because of the work situation. Now I feel like work wasn’t worth it.

I think after being in “lockdown” in 2020 and part of 2021, people weren’t going out and spreading the normal colds and respiratory diseases, etc., and our immune systems weren’t getting built up. Then when things returned to normal and we were around more people (and spreading germs) everyone started getting sick. Yes, aging has a lot to do with it. Sleep, eating healthy, washing your hands & exercising are important for our health.

I’ve never gotten Covid and just had a cold for the first time in 5 years, which lasted 7 days. If your health isn’t good, you should see a doctor and get checked out.
