I've been Black all my life too and part of the definition for oppression is unjust treatment. I bought a condo a few years ago and found out the board attempted to block me by buying it before I could, walked into a florist shop on Valentine's Day and was COMPLETLEY ignored--same when I walked into a bar with a visiting friend, both in the neighborhood in which I lived. Just a few examples...oh, it (on different levels of severity) most DEFINITELY still exists, Miss.

Ppl are ppl, there will always be ppl ignored, or what about white poor women that they bought the condo, so she couldn’t, like in your case? I’ve been ignored in my Lilly white skin in stores many many many times! Does it make me a victim? But because your skin is darker than mine, it’s ok to believe you’re a victim or being ignored by more than anyone else that’s not yur color? I CANNOT BELIEVE PPL, ALL colors of ppl use skin color for all the things they do.
