Reps = progress. Each rep is a step closer to your goal. Whether it’s 5 or 15, every movement matters. 💪
At the start, don't get too worried about how many you should be doing, focus simply on moving your body and getting used to the exercise movement and counting each one. It takes skill to be able to keep track, especially as the weights get heavier!
A good guide when you're just starting out would be to aim for 10 and don't worry if you are a couple short or go a couple over... 🧵
