It helps setting boundaries and confronting issues in a healthy way. Highly recommend 10/10

Yea I am in therapy and my take on it is it works if you’re willing to do the work after that small time frame of a session. You still have to go and sit with you and apply what you’ve discussed in the environment you were hurt in.

I went after the death of my mom, especially being 5m postpartum. I've healed in ways I didn't think it's possible. I learned things about myself. I recommend everyone to go, even if nothing traumatic has happened to you.

I love therapy, I get a fresh opinion (our friends reaponses might be a little toxic), an ear that legally cant repeat your business and I get a verbal kick in the ssa when needed

listen & don't judge; but as a black woman, i need a black woman for my therapist — a white woman/any race man won't connect & understand my plight

I was very much anti therapy bc I never felt like I needed it I'm happy and I have a tribe of educated women if I need an opinion But this year I'm thinking f it maybe I should just try it out and that it's not just for ppl w mental issues
