4 months is such an ideal age to travel with. Not crawling yet, only bottles or nursing so you don’t have to worry about other food. Get a baby carrier/wrap you love, and choose stroller wisely - consider how often you’ll use it & on what terrain, pick your type of stroller based on that. Traveling for that long you may not want a teeny flimsy travel stroller, but not a big heavy one either
