Thursday 10K 🏃🏻🌅
For the New Year, I’d encourage you to not focus too much on motivation. It runs out way too quick. Rather, focus on committing to the things you want to do and take action, one day at a time. You brush your teeth a few times a day because it’s part of your daily routine, right? Running and lifting weights can feel the exact same way. Once I did both for 6mo consistently, it became part of who I am. It gives me the mental clarity and energy I need to get through the day. HNY 🎆
