It’s been 3 weeks today since I had half of my left lung removed due to cancer. 9 days before that I had a radical hysterectomy due to ovarian cancer. It feels like I’m trapped in the wrong body. I have been working really hard at taking big deep breaths, but it’s hard to imagine ever running again. Hey, at least I can walk around our property a few times a day. I feel like this photo…always working to get back where I was.
