I am all for having conversations about grievances but unless you are prepared to take accountability, you won't like my side of the story. If I have bullshit to call me out on, PLEASE DO, but if it's actually about your guilt and lack of accountability then I won't take blame that isn't mine, and one day I won't feel guilty about it either.
