Such a great conversation. I’m now defining it based on the things I value and can experience in the NOW. It changed everything for me.

By living what my heart & soul truly desires. I dug in deeply into personal development work & sought God for clarity. So I walked away purposely from a “well paid” “corporate tilted” career to pursue my desire to help other female leaders, particularly women of color to live a purpose driven life that they love!! Not a life & career they tolerate. My definition of success… working towards my worthy ideal. (Earl Nightingale said it first 😉)
