Harry Chandler, a Navy medic who survived the Dec. 7, 1941, attack on Pearl Harbor, has died. He was 103 years old. Chandler helped pull injured sailors from the oily waters after the surprise attack by Japan. The United States fully entered World War II in the aftermath of the attack.
