My new Texas Driver’s License came in the mail today and the picture portion is in Black and White! I think they have done this as a way of immediately determining age—black and white: over 65. Face on: 18 to 65 and Side profile, 13 to 18. !!! Apparently With a parent’s permission and a certified driver’s education course it is doable. Who knew?? Watch yourselves out there!
