Can somebody explain to me why anyone thinks is appropriate to play videos out loud on a phone in a quiet public space? Its endemic. Whether its mothers passing ipads to their kids to play loud nursery rhymes, or older gentlemen watching tiktok, it doesn't seem to occur to any of them that it might be offensive to the people around them. Whatever happened to using headphones!?
