Addict/alcoholic are such ‘dirty’ words that even addicts/alcoholics don’t like to publicly identify as one. Because of the stigma around the words. I didn’t ask to be an addict and if I had it my way i wouldn’t be. But I am and I’m not ashamed of it. I use it to my advantage now. I’m keeping my unhealthy addictions at bay and I’m on a mission to break the stigma. 😎
