I’ve seen so many attempt to think or research their way into healing. Then, after entering the therapeutic space, they tend to lean cognitive (especially those who are high achievers). Being aware is not enough. Seeking treatment can be vital for change and growth. It is okay to seek out therapy where you have support in navigating areas where you feel challenged.
