I went into my bank, because its fraud protection department told me I have to get a new card at my local branch. I say this to the woman who calls me to her desk, and she says “no”. 🤷‍♂️🤣 I then showed her the fraud text itself, I am told I have to respond to the text. I tell her I did, then she tells me they don’t send these out. whut? I assured her they do, handed her my bankcard and ID, and encouraged her to do her job. I think she was the senior representative as well. SMH…
