WHAT A DAY. 1. I do have a partially torn rotator cuff. 2. Had already committed to picking up a heavy bookcase from marketplace - then X-ray - now my shoulder is killing me. 3. BP is 120/79 (!) 4. I was invited (and accepted) to be part of a three- person exhibit in October, details to come. All this while wrapping my mind around the fact that it’s Thursday?? Holidays really mess with my head.
