Want to know how to unequivocally diagnose a narcissist? If someone claims that they for sure know what you're thinking, how you think, or how a large group of others 'really' think....they are a narcissist. This is called false-mindreading and false-fortune telling. Crazy people do this. Also if someone is chronically hypocritical, yet ignores this...they are either ignorant or deceptive. This is mental illness.
