Menopausal hair loss/thinning: does anything work? I’ve tried Nutrafol pills and Vegamour shampoos for many months with no luck. About to try the Kitsch rice vinegar bar shampoo & conditioner. Help!

It’s made a HUGE difference for me and has loads of scientific studies proving its efficacy, unlike stuff like Nutrafol and Vegamour. Do not take high dose biotin. It doesn’t work and can screw up blood tests.

Previously had used Biolage shampoo/conditioner for color treated hair for many years. Was losing TONS of hair in the shower, to the point it would take an extra 10 min to get all the loose hair off my body. I recommend giving the Kitsch a try, it smells really good too.
