The man who I believed to be my last and greatest love left me without any warning on January 25, 2024. He disappeared after three cold texts sent in the middle of my work day and I never heard from him again. I’ve had to grieve him as if he died and it’s a grief that rivals anything else I’ve endured, and I buried my parent five months apart. I’ve endured plenty. Please applaud because tonight l finally deleted any trace of him. Texts, photos, and whatever false hope I held has been settled.
