I think more often than not, it’s because they’ve chosen to wait (until some perfectly magical age) + then got really accustomed to sleeping in or doing what they wanted for so long - change is hard. And then it turns into resent. I have zero regrets about having kids young and continuing to have kids. But i don’t know any different. I’ve never lived alone.
