I was working shifts from 5 AM to 1 PM, 1 PM to 9 PM, or 9 PM to 5 AM, which changed weekly or sometimes even daily. It was a bit challenging because I couldn’t trade during the same session every week or day. Or I missed lot of sessions openings. But I learned to take my time. I realized I don’t have to trade every day or always during the same session. Even if I’m not at home, I can still place orders when I’m confident. I used my breaks at work to quickly check and manage trades if necessary.
