Of course they stay. Who sends people out in a dangerous situation? What is the argument as you have me curious

On my birthday, a few years ago, thousands of motorists were stranded when heavy snow and a jackknifed lorry closed the M5. Hundreds of us turned up at the nearest pub when the police opened up an exit. It was Christmas week and only 2 staff remained to close up, they stayed open and kept fires lit long after they stopped serving drinks. They made food and made us all welcome, crammed in their pub late at night. So, yes, I’d expect to be kept safe by my friends if strangers would do it.

I mean I have a blow up Queen size mattress and two couches, we’ll figure something out.

No, put them out so they can freeze to death in their car. 🙄 Why is this even a question?

This is not optional. They’re your guests. If they can’t get home, you put them up.

If you cared enough to invite people over to host why would you send them into a snowstorm?? Shit id even take in a stranger if the other option was them dying in the cold

I don’t want my friends to drive home if it’s raining too hard, much less in a freak snow storm. I cannot believe people were debating this!
