Any Toyota Prius experts on Threads? Worked on my friend's 2013 Prius C tonight, just replacing the very common cracked tail lights. A cursory look under the hood revealed this scary scene where the insulation on the high voltage wiring harnesses appears to have disintegrated. I'm not going to touch it, but don't know how concerning it actually is or what would even cause it.
