I don't think the options are that great. The best options are surgical, which still offer a 1 in 1000 chance of pregnancy. That is followed by hormonal methods, which are expensive and take a huge toll on the woman's body and still have a 1 in 100 chance of pregnancy and mechanical and physical methods sit around 1 in 100 and worse. So the options are either permanent, dangerous, unsafe and/or expensive.
